Scope

These terms govern purchases and use of WelShop.shop. WelShop is the store trading name. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies made available before checkout. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights under applicable UK law.

Ordering

Provide accurate contact and delivery information and use a payment method you are authorised to use. An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your order. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund amounts paid for cancelled items where applicable. We will not silently change the product or charge a higher amount without your agreement.

Product information

Review the exact product model, dimensions, specifications, compatibility, included accessories, and delivery requirements before ordering. Product images are provided for illustrative purposes; the written product listing identifies the features and items included. We aim to keep product descriptions accurate and correct material listing errors. Where appropriate, you will be offered cancellation and a refund in accordance with applicable law.

Pricing

Prices and checkout are displayed in GBP (£), unless otherwise stated. Any applicable taxes and the total amount payable will be shown before payment. Free standard UK shipping applies where stated in our Shipping Policy. We do not impose undisclosed mandatory fees.

Shipping, cancellations, and returns

Handling is estimated at 1–2 business days, and transit is estimated at 3–5 business days after dispatch. Our Shipping Policy explains delivery estimates, delays, and delivery support.

Our Refund Policy explains return procedures, cancellation rights, and refund arrangements. Your statutory rights under UK consumer law remain unaffected, including applicable rights to cancel online purchases and remedies for faulty or misdescribed goods.

Safety and warranty

Follow the manufacturer's instructions and safety requirements for any product purchased, including applicable assembly, installation, maintenance, and safe-use instructions. Manufacturer warranty terms, where offered and applicable, are provided with the relevant product. We do not claim authorised dealer status or universal manufacturer warranty coverage. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Website content and brands

Manufacturer names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Website content may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without appropriate permission. You must not misuse the website, submit false payment information, interfere with website operations, or attempt unauthorised access.

Disputes and changes

If you experience a problem with a purchase, please contact our support team first so we can try to resolve the issue. Applicable consumer protection laws and available legal remedies continue to apply.

We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be published on this page and apply prospectively. Changes will not retroactively alter the terms applicable to an existing order without an appropriate legal basis.
